Proof of travel is required for expedited passports. We recommend that applicants provide a business letter or letter from the organization if travel has not yet been booked. The letter should be on company letterhead. It should also be signed by an official in your company other than yourself. The letter should include the purpose of the trip, the destination, and an explanation as to why you are unable to provide an itinerary. Include the earliest date that you must have your passport. Please be sure to include travel dates.
